My name is Greg Selby, and I'm a mortgage loan officer who brings a strong work ethic, real-world business experience, and a people-first approach to every client I work with.

I married my wife, Becky, at a young age, and we've been building a life together ever since. She is a professor at Quinsigamond Community College, and her dedication to education and helping others has always been a big inspiration to me.

Before entering the mortgage industry, I founded and operated a construction business at just 24 years old. What started as a small operation quickly grew into a successful company serving homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Running that business taught me invaluable lessons about accountability, communication, problem-solving, and the importance of doing things the right way - lessons I carry with me into my mortgage career today.

After sustaining a back injury that forced me to step away from the physical demands of the trades, I began searching for a new path that aligned with my strengths and interests. That search led me to mortgage lending - an industry that perfectly combines my long-standing passion for real estate, my love of numbers and finance, and my belief that clear, honest communication is the foundation of every successful transaction.

As a loan officer, my focus is on education, transparency, and strategy. I take the time to explain the process, break down the numbers, and help clients feel confident and informed at every stage of their home financing journey. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with pickleball, keeping up with cars, and finding ways to give back to the community I'm proud to be a part of. Having lived and worked locally for many years, I value building long-term relationships and serving the people who make this area home.
